- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Gastronomic delight & deserving of a couple of hats. It was a pleasure being able to dine at the special Silks in Leura last week. I had the 2 course dinner menu and everything i tried was so beautifully prepared, plated and presented. The flavours reflect the quality of the ingredients. The staff are friendly, unobtrusive & intuitive. Attention to detail was across every part of the dinner service. The food was the best that I have eaten.
